IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CONFERENCE
Course Description:
The Rights of Way (ROW) office of the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), would like to extend an invitation for you to attend the 2016 Rights of Way Training Symposium! We are committed to providing valuable training opportunities not only to SCDOT employees but to our Professional Partners in business as well.
In 2012, we began the training symposium with the focus of collaborating with all Rights of Way personnel within SCDOT. As a positive result of the prior symposiums we are pleased to extend our concept of “Bridging the way to a Brighter Future with Rights of Way in 2016” in a concurrent training format. Our topics will focus on acquired knowledge of agents through the various disciplines of Rights of Way to include: Acquisitions, Appraisals, Relocation, Property Management, and Utilities/Railroads.
The selected topics should be of interest to all that are engaged in the practice of following the Uniform Act. In addition to the topics, attendees will be reacquainted with points of interests and concerns that will maximize the Rights of Way learning experience. Participants will receive certificates for professional development hours for each completed session.
