Vendor Day is a great opportunity to bring together our City, State, and County Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors and Field crews; Consulting Engineers; and University Staff to spend some time asking questions and learning about new innovative and existing Safety equipment, signs and markings, work zones, signals and ITS equipment and Software. The goal is especially for the field crews and technicians that work with this type of equipment on a daily basis to talk with the Vendors and establish relationships that will in turn help improve the overall safety and function of our South Carolina roadways.
There will be an opportunity to obtain PDHs with two technical sessions; 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. We are on the lookout for some great presenters, so if any of you have some new interesting projects please let me know and we will sign you up.
A FREE lunch will be provided along with Door Prizes drawn throughout the day. Please spread the word and allow your staff to take advantage of this opportunity.

Vendor Registration
Vendor Registration Fee – $300
Includes (1) Booth (8X10) with a table and two chairs.
Booth space will be assigned on a ‘first come- first served’ basis using registration date as a reference.
Vendor Door Prizes – We would request each vendor supply a door prize to be given away during the breaks, and lunch. Prizes should be a maximum of $200. Participating vendors will be recognized for their donations.
UPDATED 2/15/23 – The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the Electronic Check (ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
