This year’s conference will provide a variety of learning opportunities for engineers, contractors and professionals responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of our state’s highway system.
Some of the topics featured in the 2023 Conference include technical presentations on new innovations, technologies and policies, contractual requirements, safety, and legislative and highway program updates.
For SCDOT participants, invitations will be issued by SCDOT administration only.
On-site registration/check-in will begin at 8:00am on Tuesday, April 11th. The conference will begin at 10:00am and adjourn around 5:00pm. There will be an evening networking reception with our vendors starting at 5:00pm and ending around 6:30pm. On Wednesday, April 12th breakfast will begin at 7:30 and the conference will start at 8:00am. We will adjourn around 5:00pm.
Attendee Registration fee is $155 per person (City, County, State, & Federal Agencies)

UPDATED 2/15/23 – The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the Electronic Check (ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
