The South Carolina (SC) bicycle and pedestrian clearinghouse center’s goal is to serve as a meaningful resource for the state’s transportation agencies and engineering organizations, meeting an unfulfilled need in this technical area and expanding on promoting the adaption of multimodal solutions.
