Pesticide Certification Exam: Wednesday, July 18, 2018

What:
The exam prep course will review the core manual and Category 6 (R/W) manual to prepare the participants to take the certification exam. A full day in the classroom will cover pesticide labels, environmental factors, knowledge of pesticides and pest, pesticide laws, pesticide equipment and application techniques, and safe pesticide use. Participants should read both study guides before attending the review session. Exam study materials are NOT covered in the cost. Manuals can be ordered in advance through the Clemson Department of Pesticide Regulations website: www.clemson.edu/public/regulatory/pesticide_regulation/.
Pesticide exam pre-registration is required no less than two weeks prior to the exam session. The exam will be administered by the Department of Pesticide Regulation. The exam consists of two parts: a general knowledge “Core” exam and a Category 6 – Right of Way Pest Control exam. Cell phones are not permitted in the exam session. All participants must present a photo ID at the exam session. A refund will not be granted once you have pre-registered for the exam.

Payment Policy:
Payment must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the workshop. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed your slot in the class or exam.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class/exam, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
