2023 Southeastern States Audit Conference

South Carolina Department of Transportation is excited to host the 2023 Southeastern States Audit Conference. The conference will present an exciting opportunity for industry professionals to discuss and interact on current audit and procurement topics. We are working on the agenda, which will include breakout sessions for both audit and procurement. We look forward to seeing you in Greenville. 

Schedule

Conference registration will be open Sunday October 15th from 2:00pm – 5:00pm and Monday October 16th, beginning at 8:00am. Conference sessions will begin at 8:30 Monday morning and end on Wednesday at noon. There will be a reception Tuesday evening. Breakfast will be provided Monday – Wednesday and Lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday.

Registration Fee

  • Attendee Registration fee is $150 per person (City, County, State, & Federal Agencies)
  • Attendee Registration fee is $250 per person (Private/Other Agencies)
  • Guest Registration fee is $50 per person

Payment Policy

UPDATED 2/15/23 – The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the Electronic Check (ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training.  No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
